To foster students' culinary interests, the Home Economics Club organized a cooking workshop on 29 November 2023. Participants had a blast learning how to make mango glutinous rice dumplings, a traditional Chinese snack. The workshop ran smoothly as participants enjoyed their time with friends and gained valuable culinary skills. The delightful dumplings, made with sweet glutinous rice, coconut milk, and fresh mango, were a hit. The event successfully introduced students to Chinese cuisine and encouraged their exploration of new flavors and cooking techniques.
