Beach Cleanup 2023

The Environmental Protection Club and Social Services Club organised a Beach Cleanup on 30 April 2023. 27 students participated in this meaningful activity, which took place at Ma On Shan Tseng Tau. After a short hike, the group reached the beach and spent an hour removing litter and debris. This activity is crucial for maintaining the health of the marine ecosystem; meanwhile, it was a valuable lesson teaching participants what it means to be a responsible planetary citizen—students saw with their very own eyes how much litter there was, which provoked them to ponder the importance of respecting marine lives and keeping our ocean clean.
